At Ruffie, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders — no hidden fees, just beautifully crafted dog beds delivered with care.
Made to Order Production Time
Every Ruffie bed is handmade to order by our family team. Please allow 7–14 days for us to carefully craft your dog’s bed before it is dispatched. This ensures the highest quality and attention to detail in every piece.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your bed has been made and handed to our delivery partner, you can expect delivery in approximately:

Other locations: Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local courier services.
Please note that during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays, transit times may be extended. International deliveries may also be subject to customs processing.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@ruffie.co.uk. After that, your bed may already be in production and we may not be able to update the address.
If we detect any issues with your shipping details, we’ll contact you via email. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to:

Ruffie cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always keep you updated and assist where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Then get in touch with us at hello@ruffie.co.uk — we’ll help however we can.
While Ruffie is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once they’ve been handed to the courier, we will always do our best to support you and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
