Ruffie Refund & Return Policy
At Ruffie, we’re committed to creating beautifully designed, handcrafted dog beds that bring lasting comfort to your dog and style to your home. Each bed is made to order with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Cancellation Policy
Because each Ruffie bed is made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to cancel or adjust it.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want both you and your dog to love your Ruffie bed. If after giving it a fair try for at least 14 days you’re not completely happy, you’re welcome to request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please use the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@ruffie.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number or the name and email address used at checkout so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
We carefully package each bed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been physically damaged in transit. Packaging damage alone (e.g., creased or dented boxes) does not qualify for a replacement if the product itself is intact.
If your bed arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@ruffie.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will arrange a free replacement.
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by regular use, misuse, or wear and tear over time.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders as promptly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly. We’re happy to assist where we can but are not liable for issues once the item has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. After that window, we may not be able to update your address and are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
